摘　　要：为了让年轻一代高校教师,能够领略名师教学真谛,笔者以国家教学名师L教授为个案,从其教学艺术的真实展示入手,追溯其精湛教学艺术的有形成因,感悟其中蕴含的师魂,探明促成其精湛教学艺术形成的根本动力,以揭示中国高校教学名师成名的基本规律,为新一代教学名师成长提供启示。In order to enable the instructors to understand the teaching essence of well-known instructors, based on the superb case of Professor L, a national well-known instructor, the author retrospected the solid source of superb teaching art, sense the spirit of teaching art and explore the fundamental driving force that facilitate the forming superb teaching art by displaying the true meaning of teaching art. By doing so, the basic rule that makes the Chinese higher education instructors famous can be revealed and that is useful for offering inspiration for the new generations grow up.
