摘 要:化工原理课程设计是化工类专业学生的重要实践环节,相比传统的设计计算方法,用VC++语言开发的列管式换热器工艺设计软件,有使用简便,计算速度快的特点,软件的设计采用面向对象的程序设计方法,所设计的类和方法易于复用。将自行开发的列管式换热器工艺设计软件应用于化工原理课程设计教学改革实践中,实现随机检查、过程考核、指导功能,杜绝学生中的抄袭现象,保证设计成绩真实可靠,实践证明,新技术与传统教学有机结合的教学方式,能在一定程度上减轻教师工作强度,增强学生学习主动性,有效提高教学效率和课程设计质量。The course design for principles of chemical engineering is a most important course of speciality of chemical enginering. Compare to the traditional method, the software developed by VC + + of shell and tube heat exchanger is simple and convenient and calculates rapidly. The program was designed by object-oriented programming. The relative UML model was built. The class of the program is easy to reuse. The software of shell and tube heat exchanger developed by the authors is applied on the reforming of teaching of course design for principles of chemical engineering. It implements random inspection, guiding, and put an end to copying. It guarantees the reliable of score. It has been proved that new technology combined with traditional teaching can reduce the heavy burdens of the teacher, increase the activity of students, increase teaching efficiency and quality of course design.
