摘 要:[目的]探讨黔产鹅不食草挥发油的化学成分,为进一步开发利用鹅不食草提供依据。[方法]采用同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)提取鹅不食草挥发油,通过气相色谱—质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对各个色谱峰定性,并用色谱峰面积归一法获得各化合物的相对含量。[结果]从鹅不食草挥发油中共鉴定出55种化合物,占总峰面积的96.45%。[结论]鹅不食草挥发油主要的成分为反式乙酸菊烯酯(62.46%)、β-甜没药烯(4.69%)、麝香草酚(3.88%)、马鞭草烯醇(3.03%)、1,1,5,6,6,9,9-七甲基-10-亚甲基-螺[2.7]癸-4-烯(2.66%)、香芹酚(2.57%)等。The study, was to explore the chemical composition of essential oil from Centipeda minima(L. )A.Br.et Asehers.in Guizhou and provide the basis for its further exploitation and utilization. [Methed]The essential oil of C. miniraa was extracted by sirratltaneous distillation and extraction and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The relative contents of each component in the essential oil were obtained by normal- ization of peak areas. [ Result ] 55 compositions were identified which added up to 96.45 % in the essential oil. [ Conclusion ] The main compoitions of essential oil from C. mininut were trans-chrysanthenyl acetate( 62.46% ) and β-Bisabolene(4.69% ),thymol(3.88% ), verbenot(3.03% ), 1,1,5,6,6,9,9- heptamethyl-10-methylene- spiro[2.7]dec-4-ene and casa,acrol(2.57% ).
