高等农业院校少数民族学生的培养思路与实践

摘　　要：介绍了少数民族聚居区新农村建设面临的最大困难,即人才稀缺。概述了农业院校少数民族学生的来源、分布,以及他们在新农村建设中的作用。最后,以华中农业大学为例,分析了有效培养少数民族地区新农村建设新生力量的措施与实践。The greatest difficulty in the construction of new countryside of minority areas was the scarcity of talents. The source and distribution of minority students in agricultural colleges and universities was stuntmrized as well as their roles in the construction of new countryside. Finally, taking Huazhong Agricultural University as a study case, the measures and practices for effectively cultivating new forces were analyzed to construct new countryside in the minority areas.
