摘　　要：目前医学院校大学生面临着双向选择的就业环境,就业形势严峻,就业压力大。医学生由于择业认知不清、择业情绪控制不稳或择业社会心理把握不当等原因产生各种择业心理问题,深入剖析医学生择业心理问题产生之源并进行心理调适,有利于医学生为择业做好充分的心理准备,提高就业成功率。Medical college students are facing a severe situation of two-way choice and under heavy pressure. Many psychological problems in job hunting result from unclear recognition, instable emotion and improper understanding. It is significant to analyze the source of these psychological problems and make psychological adjustment, which should be helpful for medical college students to increase the rate of success in job hunting.
