摘  要:鸡内金的炮制方法中国药典(2005年版)收载有清炒、砂炒及醋制三种炮制方法,在部分地区临床应用中还有滑石粉炒、盐炒和土炒等不同的辅料炮制品种。为研究滑石粉炒、盐炒和土炒鸡内金的科学性,现以淀粉酶、蛋白酶的活力及氨基酸的含量为观察指标来研究。实验结果证明,用砂、滑石粉、土、食盐及醋炮制鸡内金具有其合理性和科学性。Jineijin concocts the method China pharmacopoeia(in 2005 version) to gather has fries without additional ingredients,the granulated substance to fry and the vinegar makes three kinds to concoct the method, also has the talcum powder in some areas clinical practice to fry,to fry with salt with the earth fries and so on,different supplementary material to concoct the variety. In order to study the talcum powder to fry,to fry with salt with the earth fries Jineijinen scientific nature,presently take the amylase,the proteinase vigor and the amino acid content studies as the observation target. The experimental result had proven with the granulated substance,the talcum powder,the earth,the table salt and the vinegar concocts in the chicken the fitting to have its rationality and the scientific nature.
