摘　　要：目前,我国高校在人才培养方面存在一些认识上的误区,人才培养模式单一,严重制约了创新人才的培养,加强对实践教学环节的管理迫在眉睫。本文在分析高校实践教学中存在问题的基础上,从重视程度、实践教学计划、实践基地、实践教学师资和实践教学考核体系方面,分析了构建利于创新人才培养的高校实践教学体系的具体措施。At present, some false understanding about talent cultivation exists in Chinese universities. The single talent cultivation mode has already restricted the cultivation of innovative talents. It is urgent to strengthen the management of practical teaching. The paper introduces the existing problems in the process of practical teaching in Chinese universities, and analyzes the specific measures to construct practical teaching system in favor of innovative talent cultivation from the aspect of consciousness, practical teaching plan, practical base, practical teaching teachers and practical teaching evaluation system.
