摘　　要：英、汉两种语言,受各自内部语言要素规范以及文化背景等因素影响,显现出多个层面上的差异性,由此,给英语汉译带来诸多障碍,这就需要在尊重被译语原文基本义的基础上,根据所译语表达自然、顺畅及其文化风格的需要,作出灵活的弹性处理,以保证英语汉译后两种语言所表达的基本信息的真正对等。English and Chinese languages, affected as elements of language and cultural backgrounds, by their own internal norms and other factors, as well show a number of differences; thus, the English-Chinese translation will face a lot of obstacles which need to be respected. It requires very flexible expressing when considering the fact of ensuring the fundamental justice of the original text, of making the target language smoothly expressed, as well as of matintaining the writing styles which are cuhurally confined to the two languages, the purpose of which is to ensure an equal conversion when doing the translation.
