摘　　要：对课程教学模式的探讨曾经是教学论的热门话题,优化教学模式也一直被认为是提高教学质量的重要手段。本文从合理组织教学内容,科学、综合运用教学手段和教学方法,采用合理考核方式等方面提出优化该门课程教学模式、提高教学质量的一些实践和体会。The article discussed the exploration and optimization of the teaching pattern which is a topic of teaching theory. Teaching pattern was always conceived as an important means to improve teaching quality. This article, in the perspective of appropriately organizing teaching contents, and comprehensively applying teaching methods and pedagogy, focuses on how to improve the teaching quality in cytobiology in nomal colleges.
