肿瘤患者抗坏血酸水平的初步研究

摘　　要：为探讨恶性肿瘤患者抗坏血酸水平的变化，对１０６例肿瘤病人及５０例健康人做了血浆抗坏血酸浓度的检测。实验结果，健康人血浆抗坏血酸均值为（７．６±１．４）ｍｇ／Ｌ（ｘ±ｓ）；肝癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、鼻咽癌患者抗坏血酸水平均低于健康人（Ｐ＜０．０５）；而胃癌、直结肠癌、恶性淋巴瘤及多发性骨髓瘤患者与健康人比较，则无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示在某些肿瘤的发生、发展过程中，癌细胞的代谢和浸润，使机体抗氧化能力下降，血浆中抗坏血酸消耗增加。In order to explore the change of ascorbic acid level in malignant tumor patients, we detected the plasma level of ascobid acid of 106 cases of tumor patients and 50 normal controls. The result indicated that the average level of ascorbic acid of normal people was (7.6±1.4)mg/L(x±s). The level of ascorbic acid in patient of liver cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer and nasopharyngeal cancer were also below that of normal people ( P < 0.05). But the ascorbic acid level of patients whth gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, malignant lymphoma and multiple myeloma had no significant change ( P >0.05). These infered that in the genesis and development of some tumor, with the high metabolism and infiltration of cancer cells, the anti oxidation ability of the body is descending, and the cosumption of ascorbic acid in plasma is ascending. We also studied the change of ascorbic acid in tumor patients before and after radiotherapy.
