摘　　要：高尚的职业道德和良好的教师形象是每个教师做好教育工作的先决条件,是时代的要求,也是教师不断进取,赢得成功的力量所在。师德师风决定着一个学校的学风校风和精神风貌,是构建和谐校园文化的重要保证。The noble professional ethics and favourable teacher＇ s image is the precondition to every teacher to work hard for education, is the period requisition and is the strong power to unceasing forging ahead and gaining success. The teacher virtue can decide the school discipline and spirit style of school and be the important warranty to harmonious campus culture.
