摘 要:以高校辅导员为研究主体,从职业倦怠的内涵入手,分析了高校辅导员职业倦怠的表现及产生的原因,探讨了消除高校辅导员职业倦怠的对策。认为积极消解网络压力,打造多元发展平台,推进辅导员知识结构的现代化,建立有效的激励和代偿机制等是现代高校辅导员队伍保持健康心态、完善人格、旺盛工作热情及较强社会适应能力的有力措施。This paper,with college counselors as the research subject,starting with the connotation of job burnout,analyzes the performance and causes of job burnout and explores a series of countermeasures which are mainly as follows:(1) Relieve the network pressure;(2) Create the multiple development platform;(3) Modernize the knowledge structure of college counselors;(4) Establish effective incentive mechanism and compensatory mechanism. All of the above countermeasures are proved to be effective to guarantee the college counselors to keep healthy mentality,integrated personality,energetic working enthusiasm and strong social adaptability.
