镁和维生素E补充对中老年女性血糖和血脂代谢影响的研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察补充镁(Mg)和维生素E(VE)对中老年女性血糖和血脂代谢的影响。[方法]选取160名55～70岁中老年女性作为研究对象,随机分为对照(C),维生素E(E)、镁(M)和镁+维生素E(EM)4组,分别给予安慰剂、Mg、VE和Mg+VE,共3个月。通过膳食调查了解营养素摄入情况。干预前后分别采集空腹静脉血检测血糖及血脂指标。[结果]调查人群能量、钙、锌、铜摄入量不足。M组FBG干预后降低0.73mmol/L(P﹤0.05)。E、M和EM组TC干预后分别降低2.77mmol/L,2.47mmol/L和1.87mmol/L(P﹤0.01),与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。E、M和EM组HDL较干预前分别升高0.24mmol/L(P﹤0.01),0.22mmol/L(P﹤0.01)和0.17mmol/L(P﹤0.05)。对照组TG较干预前增高2.28mmol/L(P﹤0.01),E、M和EM各组TG比干预前分别降低2.83mmol/L,1.31mmol/L和2.39mmol/L(P﹤0.01)。[结论]补镁能显著降低空腹血糖水平,镁和/或维生素E补充均能有效地降低中老年女性血浆TC、TG,并提高HDL水平,提示镁和维生素E适量补充对改善中老年女性血糖、血脂代谢具有积极作用。[ Objective] To evaluate the effects of magnesium （Mg） and vitamin E （VE） supplementation on metabolism of plasma glucose and lipid of the middle-aged and older women. [Methods] 160 women aged 55-70 were randomized into four groups receiving placebo or nutrients supplementation. Fasting blood glucose （FBG）, fasting insulin （Fins）, total cholesterol （TC）, high density lipoprotein （HDL）, and triglyceride （TG） were detected. [ Results] After the 3-month trial, FBG decreased 0.73mmol/L in M group （P 〈 0.05）. The decreases of TC levels were 2.77 mmol/L, 2.47 mmol/L and 1.87 mmol/L respectively （P 〈 0.01） in the three supplementation groups. HDL increased 0.24 mmol/L （P 〈 0.01） , 0.22 mmol/L （P 〈 0.01 ） and 0.17 mmol/L （P 〈 0.05） respectively in group E, M and EM. TG decreased 2.83 mmol/L in group E, 1.31 mmol/L in group M and 2.39 mmol/L in group EM （P 〈 0.01 ） , while an increase of 2.28 mmol/L was found in group C （P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] Supplementation of magnesium combined vitamin E or alone is beneficial to middle-aged and older women in improving glucose and lipid metabolism.
