摘 要:[目的]探讨选拔合格教师的方法。[方法]根据国际通用的职业紧张心理调查表各项指标的量化结果,以某综合性大学网上评教的前100名教师为标准,将研究对象中在前100名的30位教师的心理调查资料为训练样本,其他被测教师作为待判样本,进行连续非参数判别。[结果]经刀切法前瞻统计,其结果是选拔出的合格教师正确率为84.74%,误差率为15.26%。经与具体名单核实正确率达90%以上。[结论]该判别方法可为选拔合格教师提供较为可靠的量化数据。[Objective] To study the scientific method for selecting eligible teachers. [Methods] Occupational stress inventory revised edition was used to evaluate teachers' occupational stress. The data of the top 100 teachers, according to the result of online evaluation by students, were taken as the criterion, of which 30 ones were used as training sample and the others were used as test sample. The method of nonparametric discrimination was used to choose eligible teachers front all. [Results] The accuracy rate and the error rate was 84.74% and 15.26% respectively, and the accurate rate was higher than 90% when compared with the criterion. [Conclusion] The distinguishing method could be used to select eligible teachers.
