摘  要:目的研究ELISA法检测饲料中伏马菌素、黄曲霉毒素、赭曲霉毒素、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇、T-2毒素的可行性,并对深圳市售玉米混合饲料污染状况调查。方法采用竞争ELISA法,检测玉米混合饲料中伏马菌素、黄曲霉毒素、赭曲霉毒素、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇、T-2毒素污染状况。结果伏马菌素浓度为0.25~5.0mg/kg之间的变异系数(CV,%)为1.0~7.0;黄曲霉毒素浓度为1.0~20.0μg/kg之间的变异系数(CV,%)为1.0~7.5;赭曲霉毒素浓度为2.0~40.0μg/kg之间的变异系数(CV,%)为2.0~7.5;脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇浓度为0.25~5.0mg/kg之间的变异系数(CV,%)为1.0~8.0;T-2毒素含量浓度为75.0~500.0μg/kg之间的变异系数(CV,%)为2.0-7。结论ELISA法检测玉米混合饲料中几种毒菌素的污染,显示方法灵敏度高、干扰少、测定步骤简便、快速、操作安全、测定结果准确可靠。建议日常工作中先用ELISA法快速筛选检测,阳性样品再用液相色谱—质谱联用仪分析法、薄层法进行确证实验。Objective To probe into the feasibility of detecting fumonisin,allatoxin,ochratoxin,deoxynivalenol and T-2 toxin in fodder by ELISA and fodder. Methods The competitive ELISA was used for detection of contamination of joint analysis on fumonisin,aflatoxin,ochratoxin,deoxynivalenol and T-2 toxin in fodder. Results The pollution of fumonisin and aflatoxin was relatively serious,the concentration of fumonisin in 20 positive samples ranged from 1.93 mg/kg to 17 . 10mg/kg and there was also contamination with atlatoxinb within the concenrations of from 0.1μg/kg to 91.2μg/kg,. Conclusion The is currently a scientific and ideal one for detecting fumonisin, aflatoxin, ochratoxin, deoxynivalenol and T-2 toxin in fodder both at home and abroad.
