摘 要:随着图像工程技术的发展,利用数字图像技术来分析和解释复合材料微观结构已成为热点。为从复合材料微观结构图像处理与分析中得到纤维图像的直线及曲率很小的长度信息。着重利用哈夫变换等图像处理方法提取复合材料的纤维长度分布信息,并结合数值计算的相关知识对结果进行处理,达到了分析复合材料微观结构的目的。经过理论分析与仿真验证,哈夫变换等方法可以有效地处理好纤维图像中错综复杂的线段,数值计算可以精确地得出计算结果。With the development of image engineering, it has become popular to analyze and explain the micro - structure of fiber - reinforced composites through digital image processing. It is needed to get the length information of straight as well as curve lines with small curvature by the help of image processing. Some algorithms of image processing like Hough Transform are emphasized for information of fiber' s length distribution. Besides, some knowledge related to calculating methods is applied for the ultimate result so as to analyze the micro - structure of fiber - reinforced composites. After theoretical analysis and practical application, the conclusion can be drawn that algorithms like Hough Transform cope with complicated lines in the fiber image efficiently, and the calculating methods make the results accurate.
