摘　　要：建立师生共建型科研创新团队是培养高素质创新人才的有效途径之一,是新时期高校全面推进素质教育的一种新方法。文章对构建师生科研创新团队的意义、实施模式以及取得的成效进行了探讨与研究。经实践,此改革成效显著,既可提高学生的研究能力,又可培养学生的创造性思维,同时还为学生的择业拓宽了门路。How to develop creative ability is a very important subject. Establishing integrated research creative team of teachers and students is considered as such method to be the effective way to develop high quality of creative talents and promote quality education completely at colleges and universities in new era. And then this paper analyzes its significance, implementation mode and effect achieved. Through practice, it is very effective to improve students＇ research ability and developes students＇ creative thought, and widen students＇ job choosing probability as well.
