摘 要:棉籽糖在丙酮、水或乙醇溶液等极性溶液中的溶解度较大,同时棉籽粕中的蛋白质等也能被溶解。本文选择乙醇溶液作为溶剂来提取棉籽粕中的棉籽糖。分别考察了料液比、乙醇溶液浓度、浸出时间和浸取温度的工艺条件对棉籽糖浸出率的影响。结果表明,较大的料液比、低浓度的乙醇溶液、较长的浸出时间、较高的浸取温度有利于棉籽糖的浸出。合适的操作条件为:提取料液比为1∶12(W/V),乙醇溶液浓度为80%,提取温度为55℃,浸出时间为2·5h,棉籽糖的浸出率可达90%以上。Raffinose is soluble in acetone, water or ethanol-water solution and other polar solutions. Protein in cottonseed meal is also dissolved.Ethanol-water solution was chosen as a solvent to extract raffinose in cottonseed meal in the paper.The leaching rate of raffinose was investigated under cottonseed-meaVsolvent ratio, different ethanol concentration in ethanol-water solutions, extraction time and leaching temperature.The result showed that larger cottonseed-meal/solvent ratio, lower concentrations of ethanol-water, longer time, and higher temperature conduced to increasing raffinose leaching yield. Under the condition of solid-liquid ratio of 1:12, ethanol concentration of 80% ,55℃,2.Sh,the extraction rate of raffinose was up to 90%.
