摘 要:为克服静态评价模型的缺点,以船舶工业为例,提出一种基于曲面积分的动态竞争力评价和分析模型.介绍了我国船舶工业的现状,回顾并总结了目前国际竞争力的评价方法及其优缺点.在此基础上,提出基于技术与成本曲面积分的船舶工业国际竞争力模型.模型中提出竞争力密度函数的概念,用于描述竞争力分布强度.用算例对模型进行了检验,评价结果与现实相符.分析表明,该模型可以从动态的角度,对竞争力进行多方面的分析与评价,对我国船舶工业的健康发展具有一定的指导意义,同时也为竞争力评价理论提供了一种新思路.In order to overcome problems of static evaluation models, a dynamic model for evaluating international competence was developed based on a surface integral. It was tested using the shipbuilding industry as an example. First, the present situation in China's shipbuilding industry was investigated, and the evaluation methods were re- viewd. Next, an effective application of the surface integral based evaluation model was proposed. This created a novel density function of competence that describes the intensity of competence distribution. An example was then given to test the validity of the proposed method. It showed that the proposed approach is effective from a dynamic point of view for multi-aspect evaluations. This tool will help the development of China's shipbuilding industry and enrich competence evaluation theory.
