浅析高校学生违纪处分规定制定的若干问题

摘　　要：普通高校依据《中华人民共和国教育法》、《中华人民共和国高等教育法》以及《普通高等学校学生管理规定》,制定学生违纪处分规定,以有利于建设和谐校园、规范高校学生的行为、提高学生管理水平。本文通过分析我国高校学生违纪处分规定制定中存在的问题,提出完善学生违纪处分规定的建议。According to the Education Law of People＇s Republic of China, Higher Education Law of People＇s Republic of China and Regulations for College Students, universities have the right to make regulations for student punishment. These regulations are playing an important part in building harmonious campuses, regulating students＇ behaviors and improving student administration. However, there are some faults in some regulations, and therefore this paper analyses the problems in the regulations and presents some suggestions to improve the regulations.
