摘　　要：建国前,高等职业教育从洋务运动到1949年,共经历了三个发展阶段:19世纪60年代洋务运动至1902年《壬寅学制》颁布期间的高等实业教育思想萌芽与教育实践形式酝酿期,1904年《癸卯学制》颁布至1922年壬戌职业教育制度确立前的高职教育体制初创与教育实践形式初步展开期,1922年壬戌职业教育制度的确立至1949年间的高职教育实践形式全面发展与曲折发展期。Before the founding of the PRC,the development of the higher vocational education went through three periods such as the germinating period of the education thoughts and the brewing period of education practices of higher industrial education in the time from the Yangwu actions in 1860s to the foundation of ＂the Yunyan system of school education＂ in 1902,the initiate period of system and the preliminary development period as to the higher vocational educations during the foundation of ＂the Guimao system of school education＂ in 1904 to the deliberation of the Renwu system of vocational educations,the comprehensive tortuous development period of the practice form about the higher vocational educations during the deliberation of the Renwu system of vocational educations to 1949.
