摘　　要：目的:探讨皮下脂膜炎样T细胞淋巴瘤(SPTL)中P27及Cyclin D3的表达和意义。方法:应用免疫组化检测20例SPTL标本中P27及Cyclin D3的表达。结果:P27及Cyclin D3在SPTL均出现较高表达,且P27蛋白与肿瘤细胞浸润血管有关(P<0.05);P27与Cyclin D3蛋白表达之间无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:P27及Cyclin D3在SPTL发生发展中起着一定作用。Objective： To investigate the expression and significance of P27 and Cyelin D3 in subcutaneous panniculitis-iike T-ceU lymphoma （SPTL）. Methods： Immunohistochemical Elivision was used to observe the expression of P27 and Cyclin D3 in 20 cases of SPTL. Results： P27 and Cyelin D3 were highly expressed in SPTL, and the expression of P27 was related to the vascular infiltration by tumor celis（P〈0.05） ;there was no correlation between the two biomarkers （P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion： The expression of P27 and Cyclin 133 plays an important role in the pathogenesis and development of SPTL.
