摘 要:建立了马铃薯中马来酰肼的高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测方法。马铃薯样品经酸化甲醇提取,高速离心沉淀分离后,以甲醇-去离子水(体积比1:9,pH2.7)为流动相,采用ZORBAXSBC18柱(250mm×4.6mm×5μm)分离,在UV205nm检测,外标法定量。结果表明,马来酰肼提取液的线性范围为0.2~16.0mg/L,回收率为82%~94%,RSD均小于2%,马铃薯中马来酰肼的定量下限为1.0mg/kg。A method for the determination of maleic hydrazide in potatoes was established by high performance liquid chromatography. Potato samples were separated with ZORBAX SB Cls column (250 mm ×4. 6 mm ×5 μm) using methanol -water(10 : 90, pH 2.7) as mobile phase, after ex- tracted by acidific methanol and preseperated by centrifugal precipitation. It was quantified by exter- nal standards method and determined at UV 205 nm. Results showed that the linear range for the ma- leic hydrazide extraction was 0. 2 - 16. 0 mg/L and the detection limit was 1.0 mg/kg. Recoveries were between 82% - 94% with RSDs less than 2%. This method could be used to determine the maleic hydrazide in potatoes.
