摘 要:目的了解张家港市城郊结合部食品卫生状况,以保障人民群众的食品安全,提高监督执法水平。方法对该地区428起食品卫生行政处罚案件进行整理分析。结果受处罚的以餐饮业所占比例最高(69.16%),尤其是中小型餐饮单位(87.84%);违法行为主要集中在餐具消毒问题上,餐具不消毒处罚案例占52.03%。结论该市受处罚的比例较高,应加强对食品生产经营者卫生知识和卫生技能培训,增强食品安全意识,尤其要把中小型餐饮业及集体食堂作为重点,加大监督监测力度,处罚和教育并重,从而保证全社会食品卫生水平大幅度提高。[ Objective ] To understand the food hygiene situation in fringe area of Zhangjiagang City, so as to protect the food safety among people and enhance the supervision and law enforcement. [ Methods] A total of 428 cases of administrative punishment in this area were analyzed. [Results]The highest proportion of punished enterprises belonged to catering trade(69.16% }, especially the middle-size and small-size( 87.84% ) ; the main illegal activity was that tableware had not been sterilized (52.03%) which become the main problem in catering trade. [ Conclusion] It is necessary to strengthen health knowledge and health skills training among the operators of the restaurants to promote their awareness of food safety, in particular, more attention should be paid to the restaurants of middle-size and small-size. Supervision and surveillance should be strengthened, punishment and education should be combined to ensure that food hygiene will improve greatly.
