摘　　要：本文论述新的《大学英语教学要求》要求的大学英语教学新模式下,教师运用博客和专题学习网站等教育技术的理论和实际应用的问题。The article demonstrates that theories and some problems of college English teachers integrating Blogs and learning websites into classroom teaching in the contexts of the new college English teaching model, which is required by College English Curriculum Requirements （2007 Edition）
