摘  要:近年来,为了培养更多的创造性人才,我国普通高等学校数、在校本专科生和研究生数、各类成人高等教育都较以前有了巨大的增长。然而,目前培养的创造性人才,还远远不能满足经济建设和社会发展对于创造性人才需求,"培养创造性人才与教育改革"的问题日益凸显。因此,在创造性人才培养方面,不仅要注重提升培养对象的能力,而且须重视其德性素养的培养;在传授专业知识和技能的同时,强化人文科学知识的教化。课堂教学由目前的教师讲、学生听向教—学互动的教学生态转变。与此同时,亟需加强高校与用人单位的联系,让教师—学生特别是毕业生了解用人单位人才观及需求现状,进而,使学生的就业观与用人单位的人才观及需求相协调。In recent years,there has been a great increase in both the number of universities and adult colleges and the number of junior college students,undergraduates and graduates.However,these talents are far from enough to meet the growing economic and social needs.Therefore,great attention should be paid not only to the cultivation of students’ability but to the cultivation of their virtue,not only to the teaching of professional and technical knowledge but to the teaching of the knowledge of humanities.At the same time,it is necessary to turn the model of teacher teaching and student learning to the teaching ecological model of interaction between teachers and students.Furthermore,it is also essential to improve the connection between universities and employing units so that students and teachers are aware of the needs of employing units and thus can fit their view of employment to the talent view of employing units.
