势科学视域中的信息力学——信息时空与信息力学

摘　　要：宇宙大爆炸使物质时空膨胀,产生了世界万物;信息大爆炸使信息时空凸现,产生了信息人类。研究宇宙生存和发展规律的自然科学建立在研究四种物质作用(强、弱、电磁、和引力作用)的物质力学基础之上;研究人类生存和发展规律的社会科学,要使自己成为真正具有内在逻辑的科学,需要研究信息作用,研究信息力学。在势科学的视角下,给出信息力的逻辑定义和信息力学的六个定理,由此探讨了社会的全球化、局域化、量子化机制和信息人的个性化及成群机制。The big bang makes the physical time-space expand, and produces everything on earth. The information explosion enables the information time-space to emerge protrusively, thus generating the information human beings. The natural science which studies the existence and development of the universe is grounded on four kinds of physical mechanics which includes strong, weak, electromagnetic and gravitational forces. The social science that studies the existence and development of the human beings should study the information action and information mechanics if it enables itself to become a science really having the intrinsic logic. From the visual angle of the potential science, the logic definition of information force and 6 theorems regarding information mechanics were given, and then the globalization, localization, quantization mechanisms as well as the personalization of information human beings were dealt with.
