摘　　要：参与式教学法是一种协作式的教学法,具有全面性、平等性、主体性等特点,以内在激励和外在激励的关系理论及期望理论为基本原理,结合《管理学原理》的课程特点和实际授课中的应用,讨论案例研讨、情景参与与角色扮演、管理模拟与战略规划等多种参与式教学形式在《管理学原理》中的运用,并总结参与式教学中可能存在的问题及应对措施。Participatory teaching approach is a collaborative approach with features of comprehensiveness,equality,and principal.Based on the relation theory of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation and the principles of expectations and combining with the characteristics of ＂Principles of Management＂ and practical instruction in teaching,the paper deals with the applications of case discussion,participation and role-playing,management simulation and strategic planning and other forms of participatory teaching in the ＂Principles of Management＂.Finally,the paper sums up the problems may exist in participatory teaching and proposes the coping mechanisms.
