摘　　要：以性别歧视为例,回顾美国、欧盟和英国劳动力市场反社会排斥政策的演进历史,剖析值得借鉴的经验,并结合中国反就业性别歧视政策的现状和问题提出完善建议。Taking sex discrimination as an example, the paper summarized the United States, EU and UK＇s evolution of polieies against social exclusion in labor market, analyzed experience that is very helpful for China, and then gave some advice on China＇s reform, considering the reality and problems of China.
