摘　　要：从教学过程和教学效果两方面探讨了农业微生物学开展设计性实验的一些做法和体会。实践表明,设计性实验能够激发学生对实验知识及实验技能的学习兴趣和参与实践的积极性,有利于对学生进行知识、能力、素质的综合培养。Some methods and experience of performing design-based experiment were discussed through both the teaching process and the teaching effect. The practice indicates that the design-based experiment could arouse the students＇ learning interest in the experimental knowledge and skill and the enthusiasm of taking part in practice, which will help comprehensively cultivate the students＇ knowledge, ability and quality.
