摘 要:目的:了解急诊科护士工作压力源,为实施有针对性的护理干预措施提供依据。方法:对梅州山区4所医院共88名急诊科护士进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果:急诊科护士压力源主要表现在工作量及工作时间和护理专业方面;三级医院护士的四个压力源得分高于二级医院;中专护士在"护理专业及工作方面的问题"的压力大于大专及以上的护士;护龄1~5年的护士在"病人护理方面的问题"压力最大。结论:积极采取有效措施减轻急诊科护士工作压力,有利于保障其心理健康。Objective : Explore Working pressure health of obstetricalnurses, to provide basis for patients nursing intervention. Methods :88 emergency nurses of 4 hospitals in the mountain area of Meizhou were investigated by questionnaire. Results : The high level of working pressure focused on workload, work time and professional issues. The score of nurses of teriary hospital was higher than that of secondary hospital in 4 kinds of pressure source. Working pressure of nurses who had polytechnic school education is higher than who nurses received college education in "aspects of nursing specialty and working". Working pressure of nurses who had worked for one to five years is highest in "aspects of patients care". Conclusion : Releasing the working pressure of emergency nurses should be paid more attention, and more effective measure and support should be given to emergency nurses in order to keep mental health of them.
