摘　　要：高校在引进人才上下功夫的同时，也要注重对既有人才的住机遇，进行引进高端人才，以快速提升高校面临的国际新一轮的竞争；管理与呵护，避免高校人才隐性流失。既要抓又要加强现有师资队伍建设，以迅速提升与国际一流人才相适应的人才对接体系。减少高校人才的流失，使高校真正成为国家发展和进步的原动力。Colleges should pay much attention to both the introduction of talents and the concern for the exiting ones. The introduction of high-quality talents is imperative to facing and embracing more and more fierce competition while the goodwill to the existing talents is an important way of preventing talents losses.
