摘 要:目的:建立水源水中巴豆醛的顶空气相色谱(HS-GC)测定方法。方法:水中的微量巴豆醛经顶空提取后,应用DB-624大口径毛细管色谱柱,采用程序升温方式进行GC分析,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果:巴豆醛的线性范围为6.2-500μg/L,最低检出浓度为4.4μg/L,r=0.9998,水样加标回收率为95.6%-96.3%,RSD为2.1%-2.9%。结论:方法仅用2.5 m in完成饮用水中巴豆醛的测定,操作简便、灵敏度高。Objective: To establish the method of crotonaldehyde in source water with headspace gas chromatography. Methods: Crotonaldehyde in the water was extracted by Headspaee technology, then analyzed with DB - 624 capillary column. Meanwhile, they were determined with GC by controlling the temperature. Retention time of the peaks was used for qualitative analysis, while external standard method was used for quantitative analysis. Results:The linear ranges for erotonaldehyde were 6. 2 -500 μg/L. The lowest determination limit was 4.4 μg/L,r =0. 9998 ,the rate of recovery 95.6% -96. 3% , and RSD 2. 1% -2. 9%. Conclusion:This method can be used to accurately determine erotoualdehyde in the water and only takes 2. 5 minutes. It's simple, rapid and sensitive.
