摘 要:该文对两边简支、两边自由时的竹碎料-木纤维复合板的弯曲挠度特性进行了研究,并构建了它的挠度函数模型。结果表明:①挠度函数与板的载荷状态、平面尺寸及板内任一点的坐标有关。②当复合板在外力作用下产生弯曲挠度变形时,板内任一点的挠度与外力之间具有线性关系。③复合板上下表面对应处的挠度值基本相等,而且实测结果和理论计算结果之间的误差最小为1.3%,最大为11.7%,平均为5.87%,说明模型具有很好的拟合性。Bending deflection properties of bamboo particle-wood fiber composition board in the state of simply supported were investigated. The model of deflection function ω (x, y) was proposed, and the deflection function was related with the loading q ( x, y), the size of composition board and the x, y direction coordinate of any point inside the board. The deflection of any point inside the board had a linear relationship with the applied force when the board was acted by the force. The deformation was symmetric and the deflection values were basically equal at the both sides of board. Calculation values of the model agreed with the experimental results very well, and the errors ranged from 1.3 % to 11.7 %, with an average of 5.87 %.
