摘　　要：在教育政策制定无误的前提下,教育政策执行的滞后问题成为影响教育政策实际效果发挥的重要因素,重视教育政策执行的滞后问题,深入分析其带来的各方面影响,规避其带来的消极效果,将更有利于教育政策的有效实施,促进教育政策目标的实现。With correct educational policies as the premise, the delayed implementation has become one of the main reasons affecting the performance of educational policies. We must pay attention to the delay problem and make a deep analysis of the influence it exerts to avoid the negative effects it brings about, which will be beneficial to the effective implementation of educational policies and the realization of the aims of educational policies.
