海洋侧孢短芽孢杆菌Lh-1株所产多肽药物R-1抗鸡新城疫病毒的研究

摘　　要：试验为了研究海洋侧孢短芽孢杆菌Lh-1株产生的新型抗菌药物R—1对新城疫病毒的抗病毒活性及抗病毒作用机理，通过抗菌药物R—1对病毒的直接作用试验、调节细胞免疫功能试验和鸡胚中抑制新城疫病毒增殖释放试验对该物质的抗病毒活性、感染动力学、毒性和可能的抗病毒机理进行了研究。结果表明：R-1的浓度为100mg／mL和50mg／mL时，体外与新城疫病毒作用3h杀灭率可分别达到94．51％、92．93％；使用R-1免疫鸡胚细胞后，对注入的新城疫病毒的作用有不同程度的抑制效果，最低发病率可以达到13．34％；在新城疫病毒侵入鸡胚细胞1h后注入100mg／mL R-1，病毒的杀灭率可以达到89．13％，并抑制了病毒在细胞内的增殖。To detect the antiviral effect and its antiviral mechanism of a novel antimicrobial drug R - 1 isolated from marine Brevibacillus laterosporus Lh - 1 against NDV. It showed good inhibitory effect against NDV with inhibitory rates 94.51% and 92.93% by R - 1 of 100 mg/mL and 50 mg/mL when it was mixed with NDV. In experiments of cellular immunity function, different effects against NDV were confirmed and the rain NDV infection rate was 13.34%. After invading of NDV to cells, R -1 with concentration 100 mg/mL was added. It showed perfect effects and inhibitory rate can be 89.13%. Replication of viruses was controlled.
