摘　　要：从北京市的物流需求现状出发,通过分析其物流需求规模的衡量指标和影响因素,建立物流需求规模预测指标体系,并根据实际数据建立BP神经网络预测模型,预测结果显示北京市的物流需求呈增长之态,在一定程度上能够为北京市物流规划提供定量依据。Based on the present situation of logistics demand in Beijing and analyzing the measurement indexes and affecting factors of its logistics demand scale, the paper establishes a demand scale prediction index system, sets up a prediction model based on BP neural net-work and actual data. The results show that the logistics demand in Beijing is increasing, which could provide a quantitative base for the logistics planning in Beijing.
