摘　　要：探讨和完善食品安全涉嫌犯罪案件移送工作。运用查阅资料和调研的方法,分析了食品安全涉嫌犯罪案件移送工作存在的问题,并就此提出了相应对策。食品安全涉嫌犯罪案件移送存在行政处理多、移送司法机关追究刑事责任少,移送案件该立案的不立案,涉嫌犯罪案件移送缺乏明确的法律标准。开展行政违法与刑事犯罪界限研究,完善食品安全涉嫌犯罪案件移送机制等措施,加强食品安全涉嫌犯罪案件移送工作。To Explore and consummate the looking up numerical data and investigation shifting work of case involved crime were used to analyze the problem of crime in food safety, and to suggest corresponding Safety. The method of work of case involved case involved crime in countermeasure. The shifting work of food Safety has three problems： There are more administration processes and less the shiftings to judicial organizations in order to look into criminal responsibility. The shifting cases have not register which should have been done. The shifting of case involved crime is short of definite law standard. The researches of administration illegal and crime limit should be carried out. The measures of shifting mechanism of case involved crime in food safety should be improved. The shifting work of case involved crime in food safety should be strengthened.
