摘  要:目的了解膝沟藻毒素中毒流行病学特征,探讨预防和救治麻痹性贝毒中毒的措施;方法对中毒者进行调查,采集样品、观察藻种并计数密度,检测菲律宾蛤仔毒力,测定麻痹性贝毒毒素成分;结果养殖菲律宾蛤仔的海水中亚历山大藻密度为5×105细胞/L,病人食剩的生、熟菲律宾蛤仔毒力分别为16 603 MU/100 g和4 035 MU/100 g,样品中均检出GTX1,GTX2,GTX3,GTX4。结论菲律宾蛤仔引起的中毒事件是一起贝类膝沟藻毒素中毒。Objective To investigate the epidemiologic features of poisoning of knee ditch algae, in order to explore the means of prevention and remedy paralysis intoxication of shellfish toxin. Method The poisoned persons were investigated, the samples were collected, the species of algae plant were observed, the densities were counted, the Philippine venerupis philippinarum toxicities were defected, and shell poisonous toxin ingredient were determinated. Results The Alexander algae density for 5 ×10^5 cell/L in the sea water of breeding the Philippine venerupis philippinarum, and the toxicities of rawed and cooked Philippine venerupis philippinarum in patient food remains respectively were 16 603 MU/100 g and 4 035 MU/100 g, and GTX1, GTX2, GTX3, GTX4 were detected in all samples. Conclusion The toxicant event caused by Philippine venerupis philippinarum is a shellfish knee ditch algae toxin poisoning.
