摘 要:为合理评价CVT车辆的燃油经济性,结合了路面试验数据与软件仿真,建立基于硬件在环仿真技术的无级变速器(CVT)试验系统。CVT硬件在环仿真试验系统包括负载模拟,驾驶员模拟和油耗测量。负载模拟首先利用车辆路面试验数据,建立道路负载模型,再通过复合控制的方法,抑制多余力矩的产生,合理控制负载电机输出扭矩,模拟汽车行驶时的道路负载。驾驶员模型是将循环工况的目标车速和实际的车速作为模型的输入,目标节气门开度作为模型的输出,再通过电子控制器控制节气门开度模拟驾驶员动作。最后通过完成标准循环工况下的油耗测试和评价,验证系统的合理性。For a rational assessment of the fuel economy, a test system based on the hardware in the loop simulation technique is designed for CVT development, which includes road test data and software simulation. This system includes a road load model, driver model and fuel volume test. The road test data are used to establish the load model through load simulation firstly. Then the load is simulated by controlling the load motor with compound control method to eliminate the disturbance torque. The object speed and real speed are defined as the inputs of the driver model. The throttle is defined as the output of the driver model and controlled by an electric control unit. For the rationality valuation of the system, a city cycle of the vehicle test are carried out and the fuel economy is assessed.
