摘　　要：阐述了企业知识整合对于企业持续发展的重要性,分析了企业图书馆参与企业知识整合的必要性,提出了企业图书馆参与企业知识整合的对策。This paper expounds the importance of enterprise＇s knowledge integration on enterprise＇s sustainable development, analyzes the necessity of enterprise library＇s participating in enterprise＇s knowledge integration, and puts forward some countermeasures for enterprise library＇ s participating in enterprise＇ s knowledge integration.
