摘　　要：从高校学位论文知识产权教育现状分析出发,分析高校普遍存在着"用"而"不引"、滥列引文等侵犯知识产权的现象。针对图书馆与知识产权制度之间密不可分的关系,探讨了高校图书馆员在重视知识产权学习、指导学生如何保护学位论文知识产权的义务,指出高校图书馆员在学位论文知识产权方面的参考指导内容及实施途径。Starting from the current situation of the education on intellectual property rights in college students＇ academic dissertations, this paper analyzes the phenomenon of infringing the intellectual property commonly existing in colleges and universities such as the use of literatures without citation, and the casual references, etc., and in the light of the close relationships between the library and the intellectual property system, probes into the obligations of the librarians on paying attention to the study of intellectual property and guiding the students to protect the intellectual property of academic dissertations, and points out the corresponding contents and means that college librarians should adopt for the guidance on the intellectual property of student＇ s academic dissertations.
