摘 要:通过大量的试验研究,发现大气温度和大气压力对柴油机烟度排放有很大的影响。大气温度升高和压力降低,烟度排放值将要增加,反之亦然。因此,在我国建立大气因素烟度校正公式是很有必要的。大气因素对废气涡轮增压和非增压柴油机烟度排放的影响规律是不同的,本文通过试验回归处理得出了废气涡轮增压机自由加速烟度校正公式。It is revealed by a great amount of test and research work that there is a significant effect of atmospheric temperature and atmospheric pressure on Diesel engine smoke emission. In the case of increment of temperature and decrement of pressure of the atmosphere, smoke emission will be increased; and reduced in the reverse case. Therefore, it is necessary to set up smoke rectifying formula versus the atmospheric factors. The rule of atmospheric factors on smoke emission is different for turbocharged and non-turbocharged Diesel engines. In this article, a smoke rectifying formula for exhaust gas turbocharged Diesel engine under free acceleration is achieved by means of regressive processing of test results.
