在科学发展观指引下 主动应对全球金融危机 科学推进国家示范建设

摘　　要：党中央目前在全国范围内开展"学习实践科学发展观活动",科学发展观为各行各业又好又快的发展指明了前进的方向,也是我校应对金融危机,朝着建设国家示范高职院校目标迈进的行动指南。提出通过"在学习领悟中更新观念、在谨慎应对中寻找差距、在总结成绩中增强信心、在主动迎战中调整方略和在科学实践中推进示范"四个方面的措施,以实现昆明冶金专科学校又好又快的发展。Presently, the CPC Central Committee carries out the study and practice the scientific concept of development activities all over the country, the scientific concept of development provides the direction for the sound and fast development of all walks of life. Also, it is our guide to action for dealing with the financial crisis and working towards the aim of building national demonstration higher vocational college. To achieve the sound and fast scientific development in Kunming Metallurgy College, the paper proposes the following measures： update the concept in learning and understanding, find the gap in the cautious response, enhance confidence in summarizing achievements, adjust the strategy in the challenges, as well as promote demonstration building in the scientific practice.
