影响云南高职院校“五育人”工作因素调查研究

摘　　要：通过文献检索和对高职院校教学管理者、教师、行政工作人员和学生的访谈,将高职院校"五育人"的概念进行可操作化处理。列举了59项影响高职院校管理育人、服务育人、活动育人和环境育人工作的因素,并制作成问卷调查表,采用李斯特问答的方式将调查表向云南省部分高职院校的管理者、教师行政工作人员和学生随机发650份,收回调查表605份,其中有效调查表586份。通过对样本的定量研究,分析影响云南省高职院校"五育人"工作的因素,并找出其中主要的和次要因素,结合这些因素分析目前云南高职院校"五育人"状况和存在问题的原因,并提出改进的建议。Through the literature search and interviewing with teaching administrators, teachers, administrative staff and student in vocational colleges, and further enable concept of five-field cultivating people with a better operability. Fifty-nine items influencing factors on cultivating people in management, service, activities and environment is listed, and making 650 questionnaires for administrators, teachers, administrative staff and student in 3 vocational colleges, through studying of 586 valid questionnaires, the major and minor influencing factors on five-field cultivating people are found out, by analysis of the factors, the corresponding solutions are put forward.
