平均血红蛋白量在地中海贫血筛查中的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨外周血平均血红蛋白量(MCH)以及平均红细胞体积(MCV)在筛查地中海贫血中的临床价值。方法:对基因检测为地中海贫血患者或地中海贫血基因携带者的外周血MCV、MCH进行回顾性分析。结果:420例α地中海贫血患者中单一MCV<80fl者265例,吻合率为63.10%;单一MCH<27pg者417例,吻合率为99.29%;384例β地中海贫血患者中单一MCV<80fl者360例,吻合率为93.75%,单一MCH<27pg者380例,吻合率为98.96%。结论:在地中海贫血高发人群中,MCH、MCV低于正常时应高度怀疑为地中海贫血。Objective： To investigate the clinical value of MCH and MCV in screening Thalassemia. Methods： MCH and MCV of Thalassemia patients diagnosed through gene examination and those who carried Thalassemia gene were analyzed. Results： of 420 α Thalassemia, 265 cases were MCV〈80, with a fitting rate of 63.10%;417 cases were MCH〈27pg, with a fitting rate of 99.29%;384 β anemia were MCV〈80, with a fitting rate of 93.75%. 380 cases were of MCH〈27pg, with a fitting rate of 98.96%. Conclusion： People with a high incidence of Thalassemia were suspected of Thalassemia when the MCH and MCV were lower than normal.
