摘 要:知识团队的知识过程不仅包含了从个人知识到团队知识和从团队知识到个人知识这样两个相互依赖、相互作用的基本循环,还包含了知识交流、交换、形成和转移四个具体的知识过程,并在此基础上构建了知识团队的知识循环模型。以成员的个人知识为起点,以个人知识要素的流动为媒介,团队成员之间的知识关系的总和构成了一个自组织的复杂网络系统,该系统既具有自组织系统的开放、自适应和协同演化等特性,也具有复杂网络系统的小世界、无标度和群聚等网络特征。The various cooperative relations between the members of knowledge -based team are restricted by their mutual knowledge relations. In the knowledge-based team, many kinds of observable management processes is just the external expression form of intangible knowledge cycle process. The research of knowledge cycle process, which deals with the study of knowledge elements flow, is the real beginning and basis of building the model of knowledge-based team self- organizing complex network theory. In this article, knowledge process in the knowledge-based team includes two interdependent, interactional and basic cycles, which are from personal knowledge to team knowledge and the opposite direction. In additional, it also includes four specific knowledge stages: communication, exchange, formation and transfer. Finally the knowledge cycle model of knowledge-based team is built on this basis. On the beginning of personal knowledge and the medium of personal knowledge elements flow, the knowledge relations summation between team members composes a self-organizing complex network system. Not only does this system possess the self-organizing's openness, adaptability and synergistic evolu- tion,etc, but also it possesses the complex network system's small-world properties, scale -free and Clustering,etc.
