摘　　要：现代远程教育制度文化是一个具有丰富内涵的概念,对于现代远程教育制度文化的理解,应从现代远程教育制度文化的结构、层次、本质三个方面把握。在制度文化建设上,要注意现代远程教育制度文化各部分各环节的协调、把握制度文化建设难点以及对精神文化的表达。The modern distance education system culture is one concept has the rich connotation. For the understanding of modern distance education system culture, we should grasp from the three aspect of modem distance education system culture： the structure, the level, and the essential. In the system cultural construction, it is necessary to pay attention to culture of modem distance education system in every link of the various parts of the co - ordination, to grasp the difficulties of system cultural construction, as well as spiritual and cultural expression.
