摘　　要：马克思主义的学科建设与课程建设是马克思主义在今天中国再本土化进程中的一个重要问题,也是当前高等学校思想政治理论课系统化建设的关键点。思想政治理论课科学性的实现必须以马克思主义理论学科为依托和基础,思想政治理论课的学科建设和课程建设及其教学内容必须围绕马克思主义基本理论来展开。凸显的一个贯穿始终的理念在于:马克思主义的学科化与课程化是当今中国马克思主义中国化的有机组成部分,也是今天高等院校青年学生内化马克思主义理论的思想先导。Marxist discipline and course construction are the essential issues in the process of localization of China. And they are also important aspects of construction of political and ideological courses in universities. The realization of the scientific features of political and ideological courses must obey the basic disciplines of Marxism. Marxism discipline and course construction are the fundamental factors in the localization of Marxism.
