摘　　要：在对当前高校实验技术队伍建设现状和存在问题的原因分析的基础上，提出对加强高校实验技术队伍建设的几点思考，介绍了中山大学实验技术队伍建设的具体措施。Based on analysis of the present condition and the general problems of the laboratory technicians in colleges and universities, some effective ways of enhancing laboratory technicians＇ team construction are proposed, and the experience of laboratory technicians＇ team construction in Sun Yat-sen University is summarized.
